All Sales Final
All sales on parsamd.com are final. Because we carry medical-grade skincare that is dispensed for personal use, we do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items as described below.
This applies to all products, including prescription-strength items such as DERM AVANCE HYDRO-Q 4% Gel.
Questions About a Product
If you have a question or concern about a product you purchased, email Orders@ParsaMD.com with your order number. Our team is glad to help, and we typically reply within 3–5 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, expired, or is not what you ordered, email Orders@ParsaMD.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.
If a Product Irritates Your Skin
Individual tolerance varies, particularly with retinols, exfoliants, and active serums, and some adjustment period is normal. We recommend patch testing any new active product.
If you experience irritation, stop using the product and contact us at Orders@ParsaMD.com. We're glad to advise on how to reintroduce a product or select an alternative.
If you experience a severe reaction, discontinue use and seek medical care. This policy applies to product purchases. It is not medical advice and does not establish a physician–patient relationship.
Shipping and Orders
We ship within the United States only. We are not able to fulfill international orders at this time. Orders placed over the weekend are fulfilled the following Monday.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier marks a package delivered, we cannot be responsible for loss or theft. If tracking shows delivery but the package did not arrive, please file a claim with the carrier and let us know. We'll help where we can.
